General Paint Laquer peeling

Starange things happing on the bonnet of my orange B -- looks like laquer coming away in small patches -- anyone any thoughts ona remedy ??

Probably a re-spray I would say...............

how bad is it? i had some lacquer peeling on the edge of a rear wing on my punto, i rubbed down the lacquer so it was smooth with 1500 wet and dry (using water), polished it back up with g10, masked off the area, re-lacquered it with cans (it was a small area btw), blended it in with 1500 wet and dry, using water, g10, looks nearly as good as new up close you can see the old lacquer peeeling away under the new lacquer but it not very noticable.
