General Paint Code Location - Fiat Barchetta

Hi all,

I have read online that the only location for the colour code is under the soft top cover? Is there no other way of checking (only reason for asking is because I have recently bought with a hard top which I wasn't planning on taking off for a while...?)

Your VIN number which you can use EPER here on FF or if you PM me your VIN I can look up with also all sorts or production information.

Just thinking, we've seen pictures of your car and the paintwork looked red so I guess it's possible that your car colour is 168 Rosso Speed

Well I looked for Sasha and the body paint code was not detailed. Shame.

But if it is Red then I believe (certainly in the UK) there was only one Red:

168 Racing Red - Solid

I was worried that might be the case. From my digging ePer only seems to hold interior colour and not exterior. I hacked about with the ePer data a few months back to get some Barchetta facts and figures for the UK Barchetta owners' club web site which might be interesting to others (apologies if I've linked to it before, memory isn't what it was)
