Technical P75 icv problem

Warm stays on 1500rpm , killed 3 idle control valves. What could be the problem. Can it be bcs of bad alternator? I will replace him today.

how does the throttle body look generally, is it nice and clean or dirty - ICV usually only fail cause they get gummed up with deposits, but being that these engines don't have an egr this isnt usually a problem on them. Perhaps just cheap low quality replacements?
