Hi, on a 2011 3.0l Boxer got an intermitting P2135 causing limp mode. Can reproduce it by given full throttle few times. See graph from Multicuscan. The little blue spike on V1 of the pedal causes the limp mode. I can drive for hours on low throttle without issues. Pedal was replaced, problem stayed. Openend it up today no strange wear. Measured the wire between pedal and ECU while strangling it.
Hi, unexpected quick resolved after searching forever. I decided to take the whole loom from ECU to Pedal apart, and I found about 10cm from the ECU a scuffed spot on the bottom so not visible from above, despite measuring the ECU plug many times before, with a green black wire where copper was visible scuffing against the metal from the ECU bracket. This wire was pin 4 on the pedal (signal potentiometer #1), it measured 14 ohm when measured on the spot damaged. Lesson learned, you can measure forever but you will not find it.
