I have a 2007 Ducato 3.0.
The warning light for glow plugs blinking every time I start the engine.
Workshop says measure show ok on all 4 glowplugs. I measure them to 0,9-1,2 ohm. with my cheap multimeter.
I have changed the glow relay.
Still blinking lamp...
Somebody know what glow plug ohm should be on this engine?

I have used an Ohm meter in the past but I prefer using a good amp meter in series , testing each individual and expect to see around 10 amps.
I have a old 60 amp Wilkson Test garage meter, but also a cheap chinese clamp on meter works without and dismantling.
Can you read any error codes as some vehicles use the warning light when trying to do a DPF Regen etc.
Incidentally whilst some heater plugs use battery voltage and can be tested with jump leads from a battery for a short while , other are rated at 4.4 volts so direct to a car battery would destroy them.:(

I have a clamp ampere meter. Problem is that ecu stop power to the glowplugs as soon as it feels something wrong. And that may take only seconds. No error codes on my cheap obd2 instrument. I can´t take plugs out because afraid of snap them of. So putting 12 volt on will not help me troubleshoot this.

Aha. If i disconect the connectors on each plug, and connect 12 volt direktly to them at same time measure amps... Yes, Will try tomorrow.

Glowplug relay may be worth checking, but ideally a good Diagnostic tool like MES which many on Forum use.
Personally I use Maxiecu tool as my Scudo has a Peugeot engine so not recognised by MES.
Don't forget if connecting directly to confirm heater plugs are not 4.4 volts, I think my Doblo 1.6 is.
The good diagnostic tool will identify a faulty individual glow plug.
 
I have just had a couple fail, only when warm though. One was fine when cold.

I changed one initially as like you, I was worried about snapping them. 2 months later another one went.

I got the engine warm and quickly as I could disassembled so I could get to them in the hope a hot engine would help get them out. There were 2 of them that seized after 1 turn but back and forwards very carefully with lots of anti seize and managed to get them all out fine. I think a cold engine would have been a problem.

I used a torque wrench set at 10nm in reverse to be sure I didn't snap them with too much force.

Incidentally, they snap at 20nm as I tested them in a vice after.
