Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone here might have experienced this issue or can point me in the right direction.
Car: Fiat 500 1.2 Dualogic (semiautomatic/robotized gearbox)
Problem: While driving, the car occasionally and suddenly drops into NEUTRAL, especially when slowing down or at low speeds. No warning lights sometimes, but it can be dangerous.
What I’ve done so far:
· Used a Launch x431 Pro scanner to check for faults.
· Found code P0563 — “System Voltage Circuit Low.”
· Performed a gearbox calibration/actuator alignment.
· After calibration, it drives perfectly for 2–4 days, then the problem returns intermittently.
Temporary fix: Resetting/calibrating works, but only briefly.
My question:
Has anyone dealt with this before? Could it be:
· A failing TCM (Transmission Control Module)?
· A wiring/ground issue?
· The gearbox actuator motor itself?
· Battery/alternator voltage drops?
I’m trying to avoid throwing parts at it blindly and would really appreciate any specific advice, experiences, or known fixes for the Dualogic system.
Thanks in advance for your help!
