Update - Just had the engine put back with new cam belt kit, fuel filter, lift fuel pump. long starting period.. checked the injector leak off in a simple manor.. just by idling for 10 seconds I filled up over a dl .... These injectors are less then a year old (bought new, 0445110 418) less then 5000kms on them. on to injector repairs :D
 
And as a final feedback - to keep these engines working (twin egr) - expect injectors to get messed up now and then. This time I believe I might have installed a too cheap fuel filter. which lead to injectors being ruined after 5000km. Completely ruined. (i think the gas tank has lots of debree in it because of loose fuel pump assembly. )

Thanks for the feedback. I don't quite understand "a too check fuel filter" , do you mean it wasn't fine enough to prevent the debris getting through or too fine and resulted in a blocked filter?
Did you use a scan tool (or multiecuscan) to measure the injector variation of bad and good injectors?
I am concerned about mine as my variation can be upto 4 fiat limmit is 2.
 
Typo.. "too cheap" .. when i received the refurbed injectors they where rather clear in the instructions that only a few filter brands was accepted. Guessing they have experience of bad filters ..

That is completely logical.
Please could you post the brands of filter the injector people said are the only acceptable ones?

Hello everyone i have a similar issue on my van engine stalling between 1000 and 2000 rpm when its hot so far I've changed fuel pressure regulator,fuel rail sensor,fuel filter and fuel pump has been removed and checked twice by mechanics also i changed that filter inside it but the problem is still going everyone is suggesting me to change the ECU and some people say its the intank pump firstly i got p0089,p0090,p0091 as dtc now its only p0089 some times i see p0092 also i have checked the voltage on rail sensor plug its 5v engine not running and on the pressure sensor is 8.8v also engine not running any advice will be helpful
