Hi All
I am new to the forum
I have a 1969 600D.
Just had a full engine rebuild as the engine had partially seized due to
blown head gasket.
Engine has overheated again today about 20 miles after rebuild.
I do not know if it’s a coincidence but I have just closed off the heating duct as the weather has changed.
Can this affect the air flow to radiator/engine?
There also now appears to be weaping water through the round indentation on the lower engine block which I believe was there for the engine to be supported when it was cast.
I’m worried that the recent overheat has caused a big problem
Any ideas?
