Hi All,

I've noticed for some time that my outside temp gauge is reading about 3-4 degrees higher than it actually is (when compared with thermometers on buildings etc).

Does anyone know where the sensor is and how to adjust is if possible?

Cheers

Sensor is inside a small 'nipple' on the underside of one of the rear view mirror housings. I can't imagine the sensor is precision accurate, so +/- 4 degrees may be the best you'll get...

In hot weather and if your car is a dark colour and the road is cooking, it will show a much higher temp than it really is. It should be somewhat more accurate in the cold, mine is only 1 or 2°C different to what is displayed on building etc but who is to say that those are really accurate?
Would not really worry about it, open the house window in the morning standing naked and if your jewels get real small then it is cold. (y)
