The water temperature gauge and fuel level gauge are not working in my Fiat stilo 2004. i have checked the pump and the level switch, it's working for cooling i have changed the sensor still not moving at all. i have checked all the fuses, all are ok. can anybody let me the reason i think i have some electrical problem. Both gauges stopped suddenly without any movement, what could be the problem

Both those dials are controlled by the same plug at the back of the instrument cluster. Yours may be loose/detached .. so the next thing to try would be to remove the cluster and check the connection, then the signal feed to the pins, and work backwards from there.

It's not impossible that something in the cluster has died. Each dial has its own stepper motor so it's unlikely that both of those have failed at the same time... but it could happen. Hopefully stepper motor rather than cluster.. although yellowstilo on here is based in Holland, and he can fix clusters for not much cost.
