yep, the new home of donny was donington park last year (same as this year).We talked about this at the meet yesterday, Theres just not enough stuff to do for 2 days & 2 nights. The organisation was poor (remember that film that we never got to watch last year, initial D) and talk of some girl getting gang raped in a tent (WTF) and also Jay (bless him) nearly getting pushed over inside a portaloo whilst having a wee.
the security was poor and a lot of us wanted to leave early (I did in the end) and the highlight for most of us was matey in his C20LET Cavalier snapping his cambelt whilst bouncing off his rev limiter at 11pm on the first night!

Also discussed if theres enough interest perhaps we could go down for the day and just park in the public carpark?

The Italian Car Concours (Inc Maserati & Ferrari Owners Club Concours) at Stanford Hall, Lutterworth is definitely on again this year on August 19th 2007.

It was a good day out last year. Would be worth doing again

I think they both have. Donny was a week later last year and I think Stanny was a week earlier. Usually MITCAR is on that weekend too (Cake show and all) so it could be a real problem. I have emailed Brian asking if he would kindly keep it away from that weekend though so we'll see what happens.
