lol, just so you know anon i have taken the medical and have sent my application form, i will be joining the raf or army depending on how my current job goes

does it make me a ***** when my whole family and friends keep trying to scare me out of it by telling me i could get shot and convincing me to go into something taht isnt front line and all i can say is " thats the job its what you get paid for"

as for having a ***** like me defending "your" country come and say that to my face, i'm in the gym 5 times a week and rock climb once a week to prepare me for when i decide to defend "your" country and i am also doing an extra a level so i can go in as an officer, get you facts straight please

Oh and Stephen, the girls are just a bonus I love christmas, the gym gets packed with girls getting an early start on their new years resolution of "toning up", so so so many beautiful babies! i was doing military press yesterday evening and my mate said hey look at her, i looked, my left shoulder dipped and now am in agony!

And the only reason less officers get short is because there are proportionally less of them.

Similarly, reme soldiers have a better survival rate than regular light infantry.

Well, they often believe they are, but thats not always true Educated, perhaps, but i've met a fair few educated idiots in my time. People with no more common sense than a budgerigar but have an honours degree!

IMO, if you are an officer, then you really need to hold a heavy number of pips or crowns on your shoulder to stand out. Yet, ask any soldier, and he'll run a mile from the CSM or RSM... (i know i used to bodyswerve them big time)
