OT - Upgrade after 4months!

Well the N70 has got a little boring now.. too big.. keys aren't made for man size fingers and every1 has 1!!

So Im getting an early upgrade and the phone i've chosen....

wtf u wasting ur time on that fone for... the k800i and k810i are out ina few months.... and its has a 3.2 mega pixel cam with a proper flash.... its gonna be the best fone ever

Orange!!!

It comes out.. well 2day.. but they hadn't got any yet.. so Monday they think.


The upgrade is gonna cost me £200... but thats fairly cheap for a phone that'll get alomst double that on e-bay!!!


Oh... and I'm getting a Brand New N70 2morrow morning...

So I have a brand new N70 for sale.. which i hope will subsidies some of the upgrade fee!


smee.. the cyber shot is 3.2meg camera.. and this is only 2meg.. but cyber shot phones aren't available yet...

the N80 also has a 3.2meg camera, but is a chunky phone!


Anyways.. the W810i seems a lovely phone so I'm really hoping the upgrade goes through... might need to re-new my 12month contract tho

orange told u today? well i;ve been on to them and they have no release date yet. i'm on business contracts so we tend to get the best phones first, orange business said no definate date as yet. orange website says not released yet!!

who said it came out today...me wanna contact them and get one

maybe it's my age, but i really don't get the whole mobile thing. I've had mine 3 years and it still works great. They used to sent me a new handset every quarter when i used to spend a lot, i just sold them on ebay.

What really gets me about new phones is the batterys are just awful, you can't see the screens in the sunlight, you can't have a phone that just rings and they all have silly controls where you try and press down and end up pressing select!

It's happened, i've turned into an old git

I think my bills very rarely come below £100... and I don't even run a business from my phone... just my social life... which I hear you all saying..... to get a phone bill that high I can't have one!!..... CORRECT :'(


I have 2 phones al... 1 amazing phone that just works.. 6310i

and my gizmo phone... currently N70... sooon W810i


if they could make the Nokia 6230i with a bit betta camera and screen I don't think i'd ever need another phone!

Is it locked to any networks or has any crappy network brandings on the phone?

the N70... is an orange only handset.. with the orange software.

this can be removed tho by a company in shefield for around £30.


It is locked to Orange but i will try and get it unlocked if some1 is interested although Orange PAYG isn't that bad!!!
