run it and do a full system scan about once a month. dont run it at start up because it takes about 5 minutes, and its overkill anyway.

Same story with avant browser. follow the link suggested above, and you'll find a wealth of stuff to safeguard your pc for free. Oh, AVG is good too. thats the 4 main system tools i use.

thanks mate-downloaded! just a big worry when you pay so much and then a virus kills ya computer (as i have experienced with my girlfriends pc)
