I wouldn't bother!
I tried to alert Ebay to a stack of dodgy jackets. This was not just a bunch of any old fashion jackets, these were allegedly The North Face Gore-Tex jackets. Mountaineering jackets
Being fakes, there a was not only a copyright issue, they could cause safety problems if someone was to use them as the real jackets are intended to be used - winter mountaineering.
Hypothermia is not a laughing matter, I can assure you.
Ebay did not give a ****!
Apparently, it was down to me to prove they were fakes, even though I pointed them towards a website showing all the signs of a fake.

Well I've fired off an email threatening to take the t-shirt to the manufacturers and let them deal with him. See what he says to that...

if the guys selling rip offs just go to trade and standards, thats what there there for i bought a pair of trainers of there the other day brand new like but fake as fook the guy said he would take them back and give me a full refund but still dont see how they can be selling them as originals when obviously there not!!!

Because there are plenty of gullible idiots out there willing to buy.
Trading Standards, if you feel strongly enough about shopping them, is the best place to start.
