OT Do gameports still exist?

I've been digging around and found my almost new sidewinder joypad, but it has the gameport plug on it and not USB.

Is there anyway i can get it to work with my PC, i remember originally the gameport was built in with Sound Cards, but i ideally dont want a sound card as i already have one.

Any ideas. Are there any convertors?

Rob, i can't find those plus i've read reviews that they dont work. I'll research some more into this though. Can't even find it at Belkin.

Dan i prefer to keep my old one as it looks really good and feels good when gaming.
