*OT - Anyone know a package to let me record streaming audio?

As title really, i was lloking for some free software which lets me record whatever is running through my soundcard!

I have been listening to a web radio station and really want to record some of their prank phone calls as they are hilarious!

ANyone know where i can find a good streaming audio recorder?

I have that actually - just cant work out how to record what runs through the soundcard, can only select between mic and line in, and neither of them work

Any tips for an idiot?
