osram bulbs and gerlux bulbs?

hi, i have just brought some bulbs from ebay advertised as osram, when they arrieved there were really bad quality bulbs in an unknown brande box, the bulbs say manufactured by gerlux on the bottom.

so i wrote to the seller and he told me orsram are the manufactures but they are distributed to the uk and e.u under a different name!

does anyone know anything about this!?

if you paid for osram, i would expect a partial refund if you intend to keep them.

Id get a refund he has advertised them as something they are not.

If he advertised them as Osram, you paid by paypal and they don't say Osram anywhere on the box then put in a claim NOW for SNAD - significantly not as described.
