Well it's
apparently arrived at the dealers this afternoon. Had a lovely chat with someone from Fiat this evening, sorted out the 7 days free insurance and we're set for a Thursday afternoon pickup @ 4:30 or so.
I'm glad I called Fiat though because it meant that if it was going to be much later then at least they could have possibly done something about it. The service I got from the people @ Fiat CS was really good and assuming all goes as planned I'll certainly be writing a letter to Fiat CS saying how nice it was to get good customer service

I got treated EXACTLY how I treat people at work who are nice to me which was nice. I think when you get good customer service then it should be celebrated rather than just taking it for granted which tbh is why there is so much **** CS in the UK.
What worried me though was the fact that the lady at Fiat didn't actually know where the car was which kind of reinforces my argument about it being a stupid system because I've worked in a job where in a few minutes you could find out where a flash drive the size of your pinkie was! Even if you order a package from Amazon you can find out where it is in the UK and you'd think that you should be able to track a car in a similar way. All details which I'll outline in my letter to Fiat!
