Black leather? The red looks stunning, and unusual. Every other car has black leather, but red is rare, and gorgeous.

I drove a sport on the 421's and it seemed fine. The 1.4 sport I drove last year was a lot more harsh though. Can't remember if that was on 15's or 16's though.

Well I went into the dealer today and was told it was either status 30 or 35 at the moment

Any idea how long I should expect from now until I get a key in my greasy hands?

Not too long now then, just a few weeks I would imagine. Looking forward to seeing some photos, especially that interior. We were SO close to speccing the same interior on my Wife's 500, I'd better not let her see yours when you post some piccies!

Well the wife went into the dealers today and the car is in the UK and should be with us in 5-7 days. A little miffed it won't be here before my birthday on Tuesday but that's life! I very much doubt this will go smoothly as I just know there will be issues with my scrappage car. Oh well......

Just visiting from the GP side of the house.

Pick up a 1.2 lounge in white for my wife next week. Managed to find one in stock last week. Bog standard but she has got a little carried away with the extras.

I am am really looking forward to driving it home.

Well it looks like we may have it for Saturday as it's scheduled to be delivered tomorrow but recent deliveries have been a day late so there's a chance it might only be ready for Monday or Tuesday. Oh well that's the way life is No mention of what will happen with the scrappage, well we'll be paying the rest of the deposit on collection of the car and signing for the finance as well so if the dealership screw up then it's their problem

Nope. The Subaru is staying, it's my 406 Turdo Diesel which is getting scrapped Subaru is too fast, too reliable and has too much sentimental value for the wife for her to ever get rid

Well Saturday has come and gone and still no car and no call from the dealer. Frankly I'm a bit annoyed that they've never bothered to pick up the phone and call me and it's getting to the point where I actually wish we'd just got the 406 fixed or just bought another cheap car to run around in I know it's completely up to the transport company to get it to them now but you'd just think they could at least show that they give a **** by giving me a call.

Drove past yesterday and didn't see it in the yard so I can only assume it hasn't arrived as there was an unregistered pop, a Bravo, a NO blue 500 on 16" multispokes and some very nice looking brand spanking new Panda Eco's in white.

Tbh the 500 has its work cut out for itself making it popular in our household now. It's becoming a bit of a sore point for both us us because it's 2 weeks late on the original ETA we were given and it looks like it's going to be even later than I was told the other day. Not a good start. The wife is on holiday as of this Friday and if she doesn't have a car to pootle about in my life won't be worth living!

On Wednesday it was either 45 or 50. On the screen it said "deliverable" estimated delivery date to the dealer was Thursday.
