hey guys i bought a omp strut brace for my mk2 sporting and i know the brake fluid container has to be moved for it to fit but basically i was wondering if anything else needed to be moved and if any of you guys have pictures of how youve fitted yours and what youve done to the car to get the brace to fit.
also i moved the brake fluid tank and took it off the mount briefly to see how the brace would fit and it doesnt seem to line up correctly with the holes on the car and the holes on the brace they are only say a cm out but still to much to get a nut in without drilling new holes.
any advice would be greatly appreciated and pics would be fantastic (y)
cheers

You shouldn't need to drill new holes. There are some small points on the suspension components below that might be blocking the holes already there though, drill or dremel the points away (they just indicate which way to the part goes on). It's a good idea to make a little bracket to hold the brake reservoir level too.

On my HGT (uses the same brace as the Sporting)
