General OLD Fiats you've owned??

I've had a few Fiats, first one was an original Panda with the corrugated door bottoms, bought for $150, full of rust had to replace 2 doors and the bonnet (all different colours of course!) to get it through its MOT, traded it in when the clutch started to go. In fact it was towed to the garage on changeover day!
Next was a metallic blue Uno 5 door, the doors rusted by the window rubbers and had holes after not very long. Used to park on a hill to start it on a morning and bump start it on a night (nice and light to push!).
Had a cinq sporting for a while until it was trashed when the stereo was nicked (doors so thin they used a tin opener to get in!), Just car clinic did just as much damage putting it right, car seat mounts were never the same and no longer felt safe in it again so sold it on.
Happily back in a Fiat, though part of me wants my old Panda back, gutted they didn't make a 3 door version when it was revived so now in a 500!

Ahh happy days!

I'm new here but I've owned some old Fiats in my time.

Back in 1992 when I was 17 it started with...

Fiat Strada 130TC Abarth. my first car and what an awesome one it was.
Fiat Strada Bertone fitted with a 105TC engine.
Fiat 131 Super Miafiori 2.0tc
Fiat 131 Abarth 2 door.

I still remember the 130tc with most fond memories. The noise it made when driven hard and the fact most of my friends at the time had ropey Escorts/Astra's the odd one had an XR3I but that was hardly a hot hatch

Would love to find another black 130TC :worship:

Fiat stilo multiwagon 1.9 multijet 120 - 56 plate.
Loads of company cars from cinqs to coupe turbo's

Loved ever car that I have had... Wish I still had the lido and the 33 though....
Had the multiwagon from new, 95k and needs some TLC but will never get rid of it...

Dad collected me and Mum from the hospital in a newly acquired FIAT 500 estate. He figured they needed a bigger car now that they had a new baby. (previous car was Heinkel bubble car):D 1964
1981 Commuted to university in FIAT 500F (low miles, mint) Upgraded motor to 700cc. Lots of fun.
1984 First job got 850sport and had for 5 years.
On my OE in UK (1989) got Super Mirafiori (one built after galv introduced Y reg) Served me well. Some quick runs London/Newcastle to visit Grandfather.;)
Bit of a sleeper. Looked like a scruffy Lada but with FIAT DOHC 2000 motor was quick. Used to get the boys in their XR2s coming up my rear on the motorway on ramp only to be left in my dust. Couple of hairy moments. Getting off M25 and hitting black ice on the overbridge and narrowly missing a police car parked watching traffic on M25. Coming over a small bridge on a dark night in a narrow lane and everything cut out, motor, lights etc. Turned out to be a cracked battery cell. When the voltage got too low all the relays dropped out.
I was waiting at a roundabout and a small Vauxhall drove into the back of me. The grill and bumper on the Vauxhall were crushed but not a mark on the FIAT. The lady burst into tears. "What will I tell my husband? He bought it new 3 days ago and I have taken for a spin to show it off to my friend"
On return to NZ FIAT 900T camper van (with sport bits added)
1999 Lancia HPE VX supercharged. Had for 13 years
Now FIAT Stilo Abarth 2004 since March 2012
