Mutter, that wasn't mentioned to me when I renewed the car insurance and took out home insurance

Hi udtrev, that's because the promotion is for car insurance and only applies to new business/extra policies. That's why we ask you to include us in your quote gathering when your existing renewal falls due:

Please include us in the mix when you're looking around....

Regardless of whether we mention it when you call, all quote enquiries will automatically be entered for the draw so qualifying members needn't worry about missing out. It won't happen.

Really cheese me, and most others, off when companies give perks to new business only and won't include existing business. Don't companies want to retain business anymore

We always ask how you heard about us, so that's your chance to either quote the forum code or just it's name. The code is better because it is exact whereas "the Fiat Forum" could be one of many forums for Fiats we work with.

girl on the phone wouldnt quote me with dave as my name every insurance ive ever had for 30 years its said dave, my v5 says dave my bank card says dave, my driving licence says what only my mum called me and i'm not being called that so you lost my money
