Try MotherBoard Monitor : http://mbm.livewiredev.com/
or SpeedFan : http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php
MBM is supposed to be best, but I can't get it detect the monitoring chip on my Dual PIII but speedfan does it fine, Although MBM detects more on my P4. The MBM site gives a list of the Motherboards it supports, and is more usuable as it runs as a service IIRC.
They're both free BTW
