General Noisy lifters after oil change

Hello guys. My bravo developed noisy lifters on cold starts if the vehicle has been stationary for 2 or more days. 1 or 2 minutes after start the engine quiets down. Strangely this happened right after an oil change. I always use castrol or total 5-40 c3 and had no issues after previous changes. This time it was done by a shop which also replaced the oil sump. Oil level is at max. So, just asking if i should be worried. Anyone with similar issue on 1.4 NA?

I am starting to lean towards exhaust leak. When i press the accelerator the sound is getting louder, when i release the gas and the revs are falling it stops. Going to leave it as it is for now, maybe after a while it will be easier to detect the leak when carbon starts building up.
