Technical Strange problem maybe after chra change and p0039

Hello guys,
I’m didnt’t sure its after the chra change but the car sometimes its have like sluggish acceleration on 3th and etc gear’s. On first and two not problem hard acceleration with wheelspin. The error is p0039 - turbo vacuum valve functional test. After change the chra is it need to reset adaptation for the turbo, i think its have this option for reset for new turbocharger? Can any have advices with this strange error. I was read for the westgate valve or blowoff valve, but i need some advices where to start.. and what to do first. I search for this error but it’s not have info, and what the h*ll is functional test haha. Thanks in advice.

Edit: its have something like a pops in the exhuast. Its not every time

Hello,

I'd start with checking the errors with MultiEcuScan and the appropriate interface. That should be the first step, it should give you the first possible causes.

Hey guys, i feel the car not accelerating same on some time, i didn’t know whats the problem but maybe i find something, its hose behind the motor, i upload a picture, please if any know what is this, i will appreciate ur answer!

Can a open boot indicator cause the performance affection? Please somebody to say… my indicator just flashes when im driving.
