Noisey sunroof when open

Hi

Do anyone experience a knocking noise when the sunroof is fully open? I think its the inertor blind. Also it has picked up oil from the internal runners that it sits on. Any tips on how to stop the knocking or how to replace the cover?

Yes! I to have heard that knocking sound, but its not there all the time. I've located it to the right front side of the open sunroof so I don't think it's the interior blind.

I have heard the noise to. It is the blind. Mind you the whole car is badly screwed together dont you think?

Sunroof rattle

I've got a rattle both with the sunroof open and sunroof up. I'm about to buy a Haynes manual ...hopefully that'll gimme some clues where to put the glue etc.
