Noise sensitive speakers

I have a strange problem, when my music is on a low volume it only comes through the rear speakers, when i turn it up a bit more the rears and passenger side work including the tweeter, and when i turn it up quite loud then everything works.
Any ideas?

What is the set up? Is it standard or runing off amps?

Im pretty sure i havnt but then why would it come out of the front ones when it gets louder?
