Technical No throttle response

car is a Fiat Tipo estate 1.6 Diesel multi jet 2017 reg’d 2018

Eventually managed to get the car started, absolutely no throttle response and the car is idling very
lumpy.
Previous work new battery, clear codes
407H / 1031
1218H / 4632
P068A
562H / 1378
using a Snapon reader, unfortunately the reader couldn’t identify the code numbers.
currently waiting new fuel filter.
To get the car started took several cranking, firing and dieing, then hooked up to another car to jump it cont cranking until ran. So think fuel..

Update,
new fuel filter fitted and bled, car turns over fires and dies. Occasionally runs for 1~2 seconds….fires dies, fires dies…no codes.

Thank you for the response, when bleeding the filter diesel really shot up. Although that would be the lift pump side.
When it was running, very rough, no response from depressing the throttle pedal.
Trying to find how to reset throttle position sensor.

Think you need someone with multi ECU scan to help you narrow down the specific codes!

On diesel engine the butterfly valve is open most of the engine functioning time.
The valve will start to close close when the car engine is at idle, arround 800-850 rpm, and engine temperature is greater than 70 celsius degrees. Also at the car engine stops the valve will be close then stay open with engine not running.
At cold start when engine temperature is 0-20 degrees and engine speed = 100-850 rpm the valve is open.
