Technical Tipo lounge 1.4 throttle fault

Hello,
I have a 2017 tipo 1.4 which was great for the 1st year of ownership. Randomly the engine light would come on and simultaneously all other warning lights such as brake hold, crash assist fail, tpms not available.... the car intially ran fine and the lights would all reset themselves but overtime the throttle began playing up.
Fiat replaced the throttle body 3 times and the accelerator pedal once and the issue sorted each time for a few weeks and then would happen again.
Now it is at the point the throttle dies when driving and doesnt respond, car is out of warranty.

Fault code comes up P0121 throttle.

I dont know where to look next... had wiring checked and cant find any faults..

Any ideas?

You might have mice in your garage that come to feast on the wires. Or you steam clean regularly inside the car or drive over huge puddles. Sounds incredible to me.

No mice! Wires are all ok, no water either...
