Hi all.
Not been on here for a while, but recently decided to try and getting one of my dormant Stilos back into the land of the living (although she does need a lot of tlc if she's ever going to get back on the road).
So, first thing first, need to get the engine running and see if she'll at least show willing to move. Fresh battery, turn the ignition, dash lights come on, all the usual stuff...so far so good. Turn the key, only get about half a turn out of the engine, not enough for a start; same on repeat a few times.
It'll be the starter motor thinks me. So swaps it for another, but same result. And the one I took out bench tests fine.
Any ideas folks? Obviously getting power, but can't get more than the slow half turn out of it when I turn the key.
Cheers
