Technical No indicators or hazards in 1st gen ducato?

Hi,
I am new to the forum and to the fiat ducato camper that i now own it a 1993 1st gen 3500 maxi,
I seem to have no indicators or hazards working, the fuses are fine from what i can see, the bulbs are fine and all other lights are working but there is no clicking noise when i try indicators or hazards, i assume that the switch box from behind the instrument panel is dead?.

Is this a common fault?
Could it be anything else?
Which is the right swith box?
Anyone have a diagram?

has it not got a "flasher-relay" on it ?,

that's what does the "clicking" usually,
