Technical No heater blower / fan (56 Doblo mpv)

Hey all ..... Recently my Doblo's heater blower has stopped working and hence I now have no effective heater . What do I need to look for / replace ?? Is this a known / common fault on these ?? ..... Do any other Fiat models have similar/interchangeable heater blower components ?? ..... Mine is a 56 plate mpv type ....

Only working on #4 usually means its a resistor pack failure ;-)

Hi .... It's gone from all working to nothing at all ! .... Strangely , it did come back briefly , but went off again .... I have seen that other thread and gather that it could be a fuse or a multi-plug or the heater fan motor . Only way I suppose is to check each part and see if anything is obvious..... Thanks for your response !

Hi,

This happened to me recently, the connector joint at the fan had melted. Salvaged it by replacing the spade connector (on the wire part). The part of the joint on the motor was OK.
