I have an 08 Bravo Tjet and I am having issues with the climate control, There is no heating from the vents on the passenger side until I put the speed up to full and then there is a popping noise and the heat comes through.

As of today there is no heat/cold or even air flow on the left hand side of the car.

any ideas?

Thank you

John

The problem is caused by some small connector pieces between the climate control motors and the directioning and temperature regulator flaps.
The plastic pieces are cheap and can be replaced. BUT the work involved in replacing them is AWFUL.

After reading several other posts on here i firstly took off the plastic grill to see if the flap was closed but it was in the open position but still no air coming through and fan blowing like a good one. Before i go stripping the glove compartment out as i have the whirring noise behind there as if the motor is driving but nothing moving, in the pic is a second flap which is closed and solid. My question is does anybody know which motor drives this
Thanks in advance Stef
