My guess at translating is that for a change sunday had some relatively nice weather, dry at least and so he took full advantage and spent some quality time cleaning his much loved bravo. Also with the weather being unseasonally spritely he also opened the sunroof and enjoyed the cool breeze blowing through his flowing locks !

Sun shining. Went shopping at Sainsburys. Cleaned car. Opened sunroof.

you buys wanna look after your cars properly...

jet wash?! are you mad!

Dan

i use my dads diesel/110v jet wash he aquired from his work, works a treat, warm and very soapy, hmmm!

cleaned Patch for the first time since early october sat night with a brand new simoniz jet wash... only prob was i missed a few bits... but the bits i got were spotless, really good finish

Dan, i would do it myself, but im flat out with work atm, plus we still have a sodding hose pipe ban here, so its lots of trips back and forth with buckets... oh and i live on an unmade road so its better to clean it somewhere less dirty / dusty depending on how the weathers been :(

I hadn't washed my car for about 4 months.

Whizzing up and down the M42 every day through all the rain and spray.
I didn't think it looked too bad :)

then over xmas I got the chance to wash it.

Oh my god. The red almost seem flourescent it was that bright :)

Back to being a dirty red/grey colour now though :(

Mine was filthy the other day so I had to wash it, usually use the jet was but it was very window so went through the drive through.

Come out and it was absolutely covered in tiny white specks, wouldnt rub off so I thought **** its chipped all the paint! then noticed it was on the windows to, phew!

couple of days later got the jet wash on it but still wouldnt come off, so going to have to get my arms working on it at the weekend.

I remember someone on here mentioning bluetack works similar to a clay bar and I had some handy so thought Id give it a go, not expecting much like. But it did get rid of some of the specks, looked shiny and felt very smooth. Dont know if I want to go rubbing the whole car with a bit of bluetack at the weekend though!

Im guessing the specks could be the hot wax thats cooled down to quickly in the cold weather? Thats all I could think of, unless someones put paint in the carwash!

thats another reason why i don`t use the car wash

BRAVO, why settle for anything less.
