Grande Punto Newbie with multiple issues. Please heeeeeeelp!

Hi, had a couple issues with our 1.2 Fiat Punto dynamic so run it up to the garage today. Whoops! We now need multiple, expensive parts. Any guidance on where to go would be massively appreciated as apart from these it's a nice little motor. Hoping someone may know of one being broken or some such. We're in Surrey, Esher area but if someone would be willing to courier we can look wherever.
We need:
A heating element for the blower
Drivers seat (or possibly just the slider). Probably need passenger too so they match.
Horn (maybe steering wheel?)

Hi, and welcome to FF,

what year / reg is your punto,
I'm guessing @2004

the heater "matrix" is awkward to change,
I suppose it's leaking..??,
needs to be done otherwise you'll lose coolant and overheat engine,

scrapyard is obviously the cheapest option..,

Thank you so much for your rapid reply, would have helped if I'd put that really! It's an 06.
The heater stopped working on number 3 a while back, but yesterday I drove it and even on 4 just wasn't de misting. Going to grab one of those charcoal things from Halfords for now but it's not something that can realistically be left ? unfortunately not can the others though especially as the seat is all the way back and the other half can't reach-typical!
Will have a look for local scrapyards but I know before when I've looked they don't seem to be around as much as they used to be which is frustrating

I'm a little confused,
is the "radiator" inside the dash leaking.. or you've just got little air moving to clear screen..??

is the coolant level staying good..!!?? you can use a TORCH outside the radiator "neck" to light up the clear plastic like a lantern - MUCH easier to spot the level that way

the power to the fan is controlled by an electrical "resistor pack",
access is via passenger footwell,

Do I take it that the fan is not working on 3 or 4?
