Newbie with a 2024 Fiat motorhome

My late night endless google searching has led me here! What a wealth of knowledge you all have! I am wondering if you may be able to assist me?

I purchased a 2024 Fiat Ducato motorhome build here in Australia for my Mum to enjoy in her retirement. I'm trying to find out some information about the engine but my VIN searches are leading me no where. I'd like to learn more about the transmission of this vehicle.

Looking through https://eper.fiatforum.com/en/Groups/F/T/D06/4Y I am coming up a little blank and might not be searching correctly. Can anyone help me understand more about this engine? I believe through being told by the dealership that it has a 9 speed transmission? So I'm trying to confirm if it has the ZF 9HP transmission?

Hello and Welcome to the Forum!
The VIN no. has 17 characters (ZFA+other 14). I don't think there should be any '*' in it. Make sure you get that right and don't leave any space after it in the search bar. ePER sometimes, for some VINs doesn't show info. If you put the correct VIN no. and still no info, it's not you, it's ePER.
