Hi all, my throtle body went, so had new one Fitted.
Apparently the throttle body connector didn't fit the old wiring in my 60 plate.
So they put the old one back. It now doesn't run properly because the cpu is still configured to the old body. Has a yone resolved this problem?
Would really appreciate your help.
Regards Mark.

If I remember correctly, the original throttle bodies were replaced by one from a different manufacturer. The change involved the use of an adapter cable. Perhaps this would be what you need?

Yes, I recall several years ago that the new throttle bodies were supplied by Fiat with the adapter cable if ordered for a van originally fitted with the old type.

At last after many hours trying to find info.
The new throttle installed throttle body didn't have anywhere to plug in to/ connect to. I finally found an auto electrician who took the loom at
and rewired the body. This is because Fiat failed to upgrade the wiring loom to accommodate the new bodies, before 2010.
I hope this will help someone out there, with the same problem.
Fitting a new body with the old connector won't work.
I was told that if you do this, it can destroy your new throttle body.
