Yup. That and their image.

That does always make me giggle, apple announce a new product it looks cool and people want it, they don't know why they want it - just that they do.

MS do and... god, I cringe. That advert with the ginger kid going "to the cloud" I mean.. jeez, what is that

Well at least you're not living on cloud cuckoo thinking that Microsoft and Nokia are going to crush all that come before them (y)

Bwhahahahaha, what news links have gave you that idea? :chin:

Considering the sale of android based phones has over took Apple, AND windows based devices in the U.S.A I'd say your statement is rather flawed.

He's obviously a bit blind to the flaws of Microsoft and blind to how popular Android phones are purely because of how good they are.

I'm done with trying to debate it with him though as he either has no idea or doesn't want to.....

I been using it on my desktop PC runing Windows 7 Ultimate. Realy like it, can't say I've noticed any bugs, there again I haven't really been looking. Time to pay more attention. ;)
I just found it a bit unstable. Running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 here. In terms of performance it was fantastic, I'm sure the RTM version will be more stable.

Has everyone done the update that came out yesterday? :) Doesn't really do anything if I'm honest, it's meant to help with future updates which I find quite funny!

BTW it not just for Samsung phones. The fact that all of the WinPho7 devices share more or less identical hardware requirements means that all updates should apply to all phones, rather than for instance with Android where one manufacturer may release an update at a particular time. This was one of the stipulations Microsoft made which means that you won't have the situation where one carrier or manufacturer relases the update and another doesn't.

You possibly just need to wait a few days for the update to show as available for you. It can't be forced.
