hi guys, lookin for a bit of help got a 2006 fiat punto 1.9 sporting and connected my sony ericsson vivaz for the first time was fine but now every time i try to re connect it wont let me anyone got any help or ideas for me only had car few weeks would like to get this sorted cheers guys

Hey Tony,

It's definitely Blue&Me you got, right? Because earlier 2006 GP's had a different Bluetooth handsfree system. You got the windows flag on the steering wheel?

If it's Blue&Me then I would try to update it to the latest version (choose Grande Punto from the list, and click on "Blue&Me updates". Also if you scroll down within the update description, there is a Sony Ericsson specific patch. Hope that solves your problem.

yes defo blue and me have windows tag on wheel where is this update on the cars menu or on my phone ?

Download the update from the link I've provided. Unzip it. There is an instruction in it how to do the update. You need to copy the files to a blank USB stick. Insert into your GP USB port (located in the glovebox). Turn the ignitation key to MAR position, and wait for the update to be completed (do not remove the USB stick or take off the key before the Blue&Me lady says: "Update complete, remove the USB stick" or something.
