Mine lasted 87000 miles...and dmf looked fine...but still changed it...
Release bearing failed first but the clutch plate was on the rivets anyway..

Maybe the map that I had done 15,000 mile ago. But do drive up a lot of hills / steep inclines where you need all those Nm's here in Scotland.

Sorry... WHAT?

In what world do you expect a clutch to last 40,000 miles on average?

Likely to be me, more than FFF1, that wore out the clutch, unlike wearing out engines eh ?

My clutch changes were at about 70k miles and 167k miles (DMF change at this point too)...
