How do you change gear linkage on 1.9 diesel stilo mines gone stiff got replacement but im about as good with spanners as a goldfish reading a book lol

welcome to the club mate, cant help you BUT if you aren't good with spanners, don't go near the gear linkage!! ha ha that said, have a look at this thread:
