Hi everybody!
I'm a new member, the fora are a bit general i saw and there is none specific for the 600. That's why I started my post in the 500 forum. Hope that's ok.
Can't really say alot, besides that I just bought an 1967 Fiat 600D. I hope you can see the picture I uploaded.
Anyway, my main question for now is, where I should best post my posts/questions if I'm not at the right place here.
In any case, i'm thinking of putting a different exhaust system and a different carburator. Besides that I want to refresh my car a bit. Put new chrome handles, rubbers here and there 'cos i fear i have some leakage on the side windows. I'll probably change the gaskets as well and such little things to refurbish the car. The breaks are fine, the engine as well. Might have to do some little bodywork repairs, but nothing mayor. Just some beauty spots due to the age and usage.
Is it a good idea to change the carbu/exhaust and if so, what specific changes it might bring for this specific car and which new parts do you suggest.
I hope I can learn alot from you all from this point on. I'm sure that once i have more experience here and in the garage, the questions will come by themselves and the answers will follow.
