Technical Fiat 600D front silent block removal.

Does anyone know how to remove the two silent blocks on the front suspension wishbone on the 600D classic? Photo show the suspension arm and the silentblock

Either a hydraulic press or a threaded bar with suitable spacers/sockets which some of us are lucky enough to own.
Be careful not to bend the arms.
There is a universal kit with threaded bars etc.
If all else not available then it may be possible with a large mechanics vice and sockets,

Yes this is how i removed all the other bushes that were accessible from both sides. in this way. This one had the cross bar between the arms so no way to press it from the back....
