Even if it was real... it states the phone was found with the photo on it, it wasn't sent to the recipient anyway.

but yes it is fake...american phones work and i think some british phones can work.

Yes, I think THAT photo is real - they really did install the bollards and THEN realise there was no way to get the van out...
