Hi guys recently purchased a half done 16v cinq project I’ve dug deep but now need specialist help ideally

The Renault 5 is my other previous project which is full fast road spec running a ph1 big port head Clio 172 engine.

Charlie - near the M4
Really struggling with wiring mine up mate tbh I’ve not long done a 172 into r5 so ain’t too shoddy on spanner’s

I’ve wired this d4 connection up about 6 ways not once have I heard pump or seen spark 😩😩

Now I’ve had immob removed I’ve still got code light

Had it 3 weeks now and just going backwards if honest I’m happy to pay for someone who’s done these I could tell someone over the phone or email how to do an f4r but there’s so many conflicting diagrams for these most wires match for gauges/dials the rest mine don’t match anything

I’ve got cinq wiring on chassis side kind of fully beep tested

The punto side all gauges id ok ,

White relay is live off battery

Immob been away to have immob removed but still saying code 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️ Cinq key and cinq box under dash still

My car don’t have any spare plugs under battery tray off cinq side 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Just about ready weigh it in and cut losses 😩😩😩

I’ve hunted for weeks now mate nothing seems to match or even work off the PIN numbers I found 😩😩😩 there must be loads of 16v swapped cars sat around uk
 
Sorry govnor this wasnt me. I get enough speding tickets with standard engine 😁

The guys user name was Dan and I recall Arc also did a detailed thread about the 16v conversion
Having absolutely no luck with my swap it’s driving me crazy lol could you tag the chaps you mention or was the posts about a decade ago also lol but late to the party I am 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

But what motor..etc are you running..?
And in what age 'Polish Rocket'

I knew Arc did a lot of work..but was a LONG time ago

Whitz drag strip 4x4 was around 8 years ago ..
Motor is 1.2 16v from a mk1 punto

Engine harness and ecu also from mk1 punto

I have the punto key and reader box but also paid for ecu to have immob removed thinking it would make job easier but no such luck lol

I’ve wired the car up like this pic although my car don’t have a spare bullet connector under the battery tray only 2 that are both plugged in already so sent power to punto red/black at d4 live off battery

White Relay and tps seem to be getting power

Unsure what to do with both black/purple at the d4 plugs some say join some show punto side being earthed

Purple/black on cinq side seems to be pulsing earth when power is at white relay and solid continuity when power is off the relay 🤷‍♂️

I can beep test from fuel pump plug to cinq d4 plug

I’ve got all dash lights on ok injection light comes on and goes off

Battery light , oil pressure and code all appear I’m still running the cinq key reader box with ecu immob removed (notsure if can just unplug) now it’s immob deleted
