New Cd player

hey tryin to fit my new cd player in my punto (mk2) and cant get the original tape one out. I just bought the silver things (totally forgot the name of them) that you usually just push in and pull the unit out with but one of them doesnt fit in the hole and the other one doesnt appear to click as it goes in so when i pull it out, it just comes straight out without pullin the unit out! do i need special tools to take the blaupunkt one off :S ? or are halfrauds just sellin me rubbish tools.

P.s anyone who manages to read this and understand it well done.

have u pushed them in properly. mine needed a good shove. They chould make a clicky noise.

i think i was just being to gentle,went back out and it worked fine delighted!
