New car, dirty.. advice?

Just curious cause my car has some coating on it right now, while its fine its giving a polish effect i can tell they've put something on the windscreen, when wipers are on a trail of mist follows them... very annoying!

Just wish the weather would change so i can go out there n do something, even a quick shampoo & window clean would be good.

Well i cleaned/polished the car today looks great, spent about 4:30hours on it lol

Blacks a bitch though, i swear it was getting a layer of dust on it as fast as i was cleaning it!

Only issue ive had was the glass, no matter how much i tried i just couldnt get it crystal clear, looked fine then the sun came out & could see polish left on it etc, spent about 35mins trying to do that n now ive called it quits!

i was using autoglym glass polish, as ive always been told its great, guess i should try something else?
