see attached? Does the dpf need resetting? Did actuator test on new additive pump and i can hear it pulsing, should i shove oven cleaner in dpf again even though i already did it before new pump.

Does sound like DPF blocked too much.
I mentioned before what I did on the same engine in a 2012 Citroen C3 1.6.
I removed the DPF used my garage commercial steam cleaner and got the loose stuff out , then I soaked it in bleach after commercial oven cleaner for several days, then more steam cleaning etc. At the end the water flowed through it much quicker visibly, then after refitting I used my friends Snap On Diagnostic tool to tell the ECU it had been replaced with new one, deleted all the error codes, read the soot/carbon % which was well within recommended levels, it lasted for another 4 years before I had to replace it and this was on a vehicle with 220 k miles.
Did you do the cleaning with the DPF off the vehicle so you could see any flow improvement and did you tell the ECU that the DPF was new?
If you have done it in situ, then it is probably still blocked, but even if clear it needs the diagnostic tool to tell the ECU that the DPF has been replaced if it has got to the point where it says DPF is overloaded.
I used a Snap On Zeus with all current updates, which worked fine.
If you have only cleaned on the vehicle it probably isn't enough.
