Technical new 1958 600 owner with questions

hello all. I just recently purchased a 1958 fiat 600 w/suicide doors and am in the process of gathering body panels to begin my resto. What are the differences between the 600 & 600d? Is the D the later model? Does anyone have any good websites i can use to gather info? and how do i find out the original interior color?
any help would really be appreciated.

Body diffences were minor.
Rear engine lid on 600 had less louvres than on the D model. Doors on the D had quarter vents.
Interior trim was spartan. Mostly seats were two toned. Colors were similar to the 500s of the same era.

Mrfiat.com I used them for parts good people. I also got 59 600 last month restoring it right now.
